I was responsible for the quality of services Adesk - a service for management accounting (Russia) and ActivTrak - a service for monitoring employee productivity (Dallas, TX). Maintained a high level of quality of both services and introduced new methodologies into testing processes
Reduced the number of CRITICAL severity bugs by 60%, implemented automated testing from scratch (Cypress+JS, Jenkins, Docker), wrote test documentation from scratch.
Product Manager
Got promoted to the role of Product Manager at Adesk. The area of responsibility is the user's first visit and onboarding, increasing conversion at the end of registration, searching for new sources of audience engagement.
Raised the conversion rate at the end of registration from 49% to 67%, simplified the passage of the onboarding stage, improved the conversion rate to registration and helped change the marketing strategy by getting rid of unsuccessful sources.

Pet Project. Created a telegram bot that advises users how to dress depending on the weather conditions outside the window.
Before the launch, I conducted 35 interviews to find out if there is a similar problem. Then, I conducted 50 interviews regarding how people dress in specific weather conditions. Based on the results, I generated tips and launched beta testing in the form of a telegram bot.
At the start, I received 37 active users and a diverse feedback. In the future, it is planned to launch an iOS application.
